EFFECTIVE 7/1/2023, THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD HAS ADOPTED THE 2021 INTERNATIONAL CODES
Building Contractors: If this is your first time to the site, and you are already registered with the City of Lakewood, use your existing Lakewood registration number for your User name.
Once you have your User name, select Forgot Password from the top of the page. You will be prompted for the email used on your contractor registration and sent a reset password link.
If you are a new building contractor to the City of Lakewood, you may select Apply for Contractor Registration from the Building Contractors section below.
If you are NOT a Building Contractor, please click Setup an Account to get started with a public account. This includes Tree Contractors.
Tree Contractors will apply for a new license under the Lakewood Licenses section.
